Pintxos Crawl Practice Session

First night: La Cepa.

In front: Fried Jamón Ibérico and York ham things with bechamel and queso
In back: Fried piquillo peppers stuffed with shredded meat and queso

Second night: Gandarias, La Cuchara de San Telmo and A Fuego Negro.

Solomillo, angulas and friends

Risotto + confit

There's risotto inside that cheese

Sweetbread raviolo


Foie gras with apple compote


As good as it looks? Yes.

Rice, poached egg, tomato paper, cream.

Frozen gazpacho. We finished this, then immediately got more.
